So I finally laid my hands on it. It was so beautiful. Simple yet elegant. The type was so correct. It felt good. I used it as a reference for my assignment. Roy Rohtagi's Basic International Taxation. Finally.

I think I will buy a copy for myself. It is a three volume book.
